Mindfulness Practices for Everyday Life with Donna Sherman In-Person
Register to join us in the east room of the Elting Library's stone building at 5PM on Wednesday May 28th for a mindfulness program with Donna Sherman.
Mindfulness is never about rising above or denying our challenges; however Mindfulness is a powerful tool for pivoting from our habitual reactions into more skillful ways of negotiating the challenges we face. Join us and learn a few actionable practices that you can begin to apply to your daily life.

Donna Sherman, MSW worked as a therapist and clinical social worker and is a long time practitioner ,and teacher, of MIndfulness Meditation, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
