UPDATE: THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA CHESS CLUB MEETING ON SUNDAY 4/27 SINCE THE LIBRARY IS CLOSED ON 4/20.


Play chess together! A new chess club is meeting at Elting Memorial Library. Some boards and chess sets will be provided, please feel free to bring your own. We will have a couple of chess clocks for those who want timed play. Let’s get to know each other a bit, and play some chess! The club meets regularly in the Steinberg Reading Room. Registration is not required but recommended. Register to receive any updates or changes.


The chess club will meet in the Steinberg Room. Service dogs are welcome, whether or not they can play chess. Children under 15 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
